2. To download and save messages to your computer, right click on the message and select "Save Target as". Another screen will come up asking you to select a directory you would like to have this file saved in. Once you have selected the file, click save. Take note of where you have the file saved, this is where you will go to play the message.
3. If you wish to copy this file and use it as an MP3 file, you will copy this as a data file not as a CD file.

Note: In order to play the messages in MP3 format on most CD players, you will have to create a CD version of this file. Windows Media Player will do that for you when you select "Copy to CD or Device".

.RA format (Real Player)

1. The Real Audio link are files that are compressed into the Real Media format

3. In order to burn these files to a CD, as an audio cd, you will have to use Real One Player. Once Real One Player is open select Tools on the top Menu. In there you will find "Burn CD", click on that and you will have another window open up that allows you to burn Audio CD's
